Store and Provider Subscription Terms

Effective date: 22 October 2026.

These terms apply to medical stores, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, labs and doctors that use XpertMedico software or a paid listing package. They add to the Terms of Use.

1.Free trial and plans

• New stores and providers can start with a free trial; no payment is needed to start.
• Plan prices and features are shown on the pricing page and in Plans and billing. The price depends on the plan, users and branches.
• Invoices are issued for each billing period and emailed to the account owner.

2.Payment

Pay by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash and upload the payment proof in Plans and billing. Your plan is activated after we verify the payment.

3.No cancellation after payment

• Before payment, an invoice can simply be left unpaid. It expires and nothing is owed.
• Once an invoice is paid and the plan, package or ad is active, it cannot be cancelled and no refund is given for the remaining period.
• You may choose a different plan or stop renewing for the next period. An ad can be paused or edited on request; a new design is reviewed again before it shows.
• If XpertMedico rejects an ad, or cannot provide a paid plan or run a paid ad, the unused period is credited to your account or refunded.
• This does not limit any right you have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be waived.

4.Unpaid invoices

If an invoice is unpaid when the period ends, you get a grace period. After it, the account is paused; your data stays safe and access returns as soon as payment is approved.

5.Your responsibilities

• Hold and keep valid every licence and registration your work needs (for example a drug sale licence, PMDC registration and provincial Healthcare Commission registration), and upload them for review when asked. Licence details are kept for our internal checks.
• Keep listings, prices, stock and timings accurate, and never list controlled drugs for sale online.
• Prices you enter are your own; estimated prices shown by XpertMedico are general market ranges and are not your offer.
• You are responsible for the patient and customer data you enter, for keeping it confidential, and for your own record-keeping and tax duties.
• Bookings and payments from patients go directly to you; you set and honour your own refund policy.

6.Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You can export it while your account is active. After the account is closed we keep billing and legal records as the law requires and delete or anonymise the rest.

7.Suspension

We may suspend an account for non-payment, false or unlicensed listings, misuse, or a legal order.
