Effective date: 22 October 2026.
This policy covers chat between customers and stores or providers, and the reviews and ratings shown on XpertMedico.
1.Chat
- Chat is for asking about availability, price, timings, bookings and delivery.
- Stores and providers must not diagnose, prescribe or advise doses in chat. Medical advice needs a proper consultation.
- Do not share passwords, one-time codes or full card or bank details in chat.
- A store or provider can turn chat off; then please call or WhatsApp them.
- Chat messages are kept so the conversation can continue and disputes can be checked. XpertMedico staff read them only for support, safety or legal reasons.
- XpertMedico is not a party to anything agreed in chat.
2.Reviews
- One review per customer per store or provider, about your own real experience.
- Not allowed: fake or paid reviews, reviews by owners or staff about their own or a competitor's business, abuse, hate speech, personal health details of others, phone numbers, or claims you cannot support.
- Reviews show your name, not your phone number.
- Stores and providers can reply publicly. They must not offer rewards for positive reviews or pressure customers.
3.Moderation and reports
Anyone can report a review or message. We may hide or remove content that breaks this policy or the law, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. We do not remove a genuine review only because it is negative.
4.Emergencies
XpertMedico is not an emergency service. In an emergency call 1122 (Rescue) or 115 (Edhi), or go to the nearest hospital.
Questions or complaints: email info@xpertmedico.com or call / WhatsApp 03442490527.
