Shipping policy

Effective date: 22 October 2026.

This policy explains how XpertMedico Shop delivers orders inside Pakistan.

1.Delivery time

• Most orders arrive in 5–7 working days after the order is confirmed. Major cities are often faster.
• Orders with prescription items are dispatched only after our pharmacist approves the prescription. Prepaid orders are dispatched after the payment is confirmed.
• The expected delivery dates are shown at checkout and on your order page. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or public holidays can happen; we will keep you informed.

2.Where we deliver

• We deliver to the cities listed at checkout. Delivery zones and charges depend on your city and the weight of the parcel.
• If your city is not listed, we cannot deliver there yet.
• Some items (for example cold-chain medicines) may not be available for delivery.

3.Delivery charges

• The delivery charge is shown before you place the order and is never added later.
• Free delivery may apply above the amount shown at checkout.

4.Cash on delivery (COD)

• Cash on delivery is available up to the limit shown at checkout. You pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives.
• Before a COD order is placed we send a one-time code to your email to confirm the order is really yours.
• A COD fee may apply and is shown at checkout.
• Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may stop COD for your number.

5.Prepaid orders

You can also pay by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash and upload the payment proof. The order is dispatched after we confirm the payment.

6.Receiving your parcel

• Check the parcel is sealed before you accept it. If it is damaged, opened or wrong, you can refuse it or report it to us within the return window.
• Keep your phone on: the rider will call before arriving.

7.Tracking

Every order has a private tracking link in its emails. You can also track at /order/track with your order number and mobile number.
