Call us, message us on WhatsApp, email us or raise a ticket. Search the answers below first: many questions are covered.
Medical emergency? Call 1122 or 115 now. XpertMedico support is not a medical service and cannot give medical advice or send help.
Tell us what went wrong. You get a ticket number and a private link to follow the answer.
Patients sign in with a one-time code, no password. Check the phone number or email for typing mistakes, look in your spam folder, wait a minute and ask for a new code. If SMS does not reach you, try your email address instead. Still stuck? Report a problem under Account & login.
When your doctor issues it on XpertMedico it appears under My health, Prescriptions, and you may also get an email link. For your privacy the full prescription opens after you sign in or enter a one-time code. A pharmacy can read it from the QR code you show them.
When the lab finishes, you get an email with a link. Before the report opens we send a one-time code to protect your privacy. Never share that code with anyone. Your reports are also listed under My health, Reports.
A booking is a request until the doctor or clinic confirms it, and you get emails when it is received, confirmed and before the visit. Open My health, Appointments to see it and to cancel. If the clinic asked for a payment, follow the instructions on your booking. If you cannot change it yourself, contact the clinic or raise a ticket here.
Stores enter their own prices and stock, and some prices are only estimates, shown as such. Things change during the day, so call or confirm with the store before you travel. If a listing is clearly wrong, tell us with Report a problem and the page link.
Yes, you can ask. Sign in, open My health, Privacy and request a data copy or deletion. Our team handles requests under the Privacy Policy. Records that a doctor, clinic or lab keeps about your treatment are theirs to manage, so those may need to be requested from them.
Raise a ticket with the category Complaint about a business and write the business name or open this page from its page. We review it and may contact the business. XpertMedico is not a medical service and cannot judge treatment decisions, but we do act on wrong listings, billing disputes and bad service.
Open My orders in your account once you have placed an order, or use the tracking link in your order emails. For a problem with an order, raise a ticket under Orders & shop and include the order number.
Use List your pharmacy on the For pharmacies page to create an account and start the free trial. Then add your products, prices and timings; the setup checklist in your portal shows what is left. If your pharmacy is already listed, claim it so you can manage the page.
Open Plans & billing in your portal. Pay the invoice by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash, then upload a clear screenshot that shows the transaction ID. After our team verifies it your plan is extended and you get an email. If a payment is rejected, the email tells you why.
After a subscription ends there is a grace period to pay. If the invoice stays unpaid the account is paused: your data is safe, and only the billing page stays open. Pay and upload the receipt there and access returns after approval. If you already paid, raise a ticket under Billing & plans with the invoice number.
Go to Settings, Photos. Upload JPG or PNG pictures up to 1 MB each, up to 9 pictures; the primary picture is the one shown in search results and when your link is shared. A landscape photo of the front of the building works best.
Clinics and doctors upload their documents (for example the healthcare commission licence or PMDC certificate, and CNIC) in the onboarding checklist. Our team usually checks them within 2 working days. Until approval your listing is not public and patients cannot book you, but you can already set up your profile and staff. If we need something, you get an email saying exactly what.
A signed prescription is a legal record, so before signing the doctor confirms their identity with the signing PIN or the account password. Only the doctor can sign; support staff cannot sign for you. If you are locked out, raise a ticket under Account & login.
Bookings appear in Appointments in your portal and an email goes to your branch or owner email. Confirm or decline them there; the patient is told by email. Keep your timings and fees up to date in Settings so patients see the right slots.
Open Staff in your portal, add the person and give them a role. Each role only opens the pages it needs, for example front desk staff do not see money reports. The owner can see and manage everything, including all support tickets raised by the business.
When a report is released the patient gets an email with a secure link and must enter a one-time code before it opens. You can email the link again from the order. Critical results are flagged so that managers are alerted. Never ask patients to send you their code.
The pathologist's signature is a personal legal sign-off. Only the pathologist can apply it, from their own login. Technicians enter results; support staff cannot sign for the pathologist. If the signing button is missing, check that the pathologist is linked to the account, or raise a ticket.
Until a lab enters its own price for a test, patients may see a market estimate range clearly marked as an estimate. Enter your real prices in your lab settings and your price replaces the estimate. Wrong prices on your page can be reported through Listing & photos.
The onboarding checklist lists what applies to you: the healthcare commission licence and the owner's CNIC are required; others such as a drug sale licence for an in-house pharmacy or a radiology licence are only needed if you offer those services. JPG, PNG or PDF files work.
Nurses can change bed status (for example available, occupied, cleaning) without access to billing or other records. Admissions, deposits and refunds are handled by the roles you give those permissions to. Manage roles under Staff.
Your name, address, departments, doctors, timings and pictures, plus ward names. Patient records and bed occupancy details of individual patients are never public. Update the page from Settings; wrong details can be reported through Listing & photos.
