You get a grace period. After it the account is paused: your listing is hidden and new bookings stop, but your patient records stay available to you.
No. Patients pay you directly. The package is only for the software and your listing.
Before you pay, you can simply leave the invoice unpaid and it expires: nothing is charged. Once an invoice is paid and the package is active, it cannot be cancelled and the remaining period is not refunded. You can choose a different package or stop renewing for the next period. If XpertMedico cannot provide the service, the unused period is credited or refunded.
